How it works

From first enquiry to a private case.

    Send an initial enquiry

    Use the short form on this page. No account is needed at this stage, and no documents are requested.

  2. 02

    Our team reviews and clarifies scope

    A member of our UAE Corporate Services team reviews your enquiry and may contact you to clarify activities, structure and requirements.

  3. 03

    Create an account and open a private case

    When you are ready to proceed, you create a Client Portal account and open a private case. Your details and documents stay within that case.

  4. 04

    Complete onboarding, provide documents, track progress

    Complete the onboarding form, upload the documents your case manager requests, and follow progress from your case overview. Requirements are set by the relevant authority.

  • Intended business start date
  • Proposed activities

  • Number of shareholders
  • Name and nationality of each
  • Ownership percentage of each

05 · Requirements

  • Services you would like coordinated
  • UAE residency requirements
  • Office or facility requirements
