Who we are
Stratagem Management Consulting FZ-LLC (trade licence 47017449), Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates is responsible for personal information collected through this website.
Information we collect
When you submit the enquiry form we receive the details you provide: your full name, company, email address, telephone number (optional), the category of your enquiry and your message.
The UAE setup enquiry can include campaign source, medium, campaign, content and search-term labels from the current page URL to help our team understand the enquiry source. Do not include personal information in campaign labels. We do not collect advertising click identifiers or a browsing history for this purpose.
Optional conversion measurement is separate from permission to respond and marketing consent. It is off by default and can be withdrawn using the checkbox on the UAE founders page. No Google measurement is transmitted in the development preview. When separately enabled, Google Analytics and Google Ads may receive saved-enquiry and WhatsApp-click events, but not your enquiry contents or contact details.
The WhatsApp button opens an external service with an editable introduction prompt. Clicking does not send a message or confirm receipt. WhatsApp applies its own privacy terms; please do not send passport or financial documents.
How we use it
We use enquiry information to review and respond to your submission and to discuss a potential engagement. We do not sell personal information or add enquiry contacts to marketing lists.
Storage and email delivery
Each submission is stored in a secure database operated for this website, together with its submission time, the page it was sent from and the delivery status of related emails.
We use Resend, an email delivery service acting on our behalf, to send your enquiry to our business inbox and to send you an acknowledgement.
Sharing
Apart from the service providers described above, we do not share your information with third parties unless required by law or with your agreement.
Retention
We keep enquiry records only as long as reasonably necessary to respond, to manage a resulting engagement, or to meet legal obligations.
Your choices
You may ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information you have sent us by writing to info@stratagem.ae.
